Our design based on the specification
The functional design and dimensions of the product cast from our moulds are shown below.

Here we see the precise and smooth transitions between the various planes.
The picture below shows a freshly demoulded (still damp) delineator kerb.
The mould incorporates encapsulated steel reinforcement along the horizontal top and middle sections and vertically along the feet. This ensures mould rigidity and stackability when filled moulds are stacked up to four levels high.
Recessed cap screws locate firmly through the flanges at the feet to secure the handle-plate with its swivel handles.
Extended feet at the gable ends and at the centre of the mould create an arch for airflow when the moulds are stacked for curing.
Note the buffer ridges at the ends. These enable stable stacking. During demoulding, these ridges are tapped against the floor to dislodge the product.
