Most commercial E1 kerbs are cast from the back of the kerb, which means that the demoulded product has a jagged casting edge, and the back is uneven. Our moulds are cast from the side that becomes the base of the end product. This means that all the kerb’s visible sides are neat and properly edged, and the kerbs can be used for multiple purposes, even in areas where they must jut out above the surface level (such as when used to edge off planters).
Note how the moulds below have been designed for stacking during curing and storage, saving space on the factory floor, and reducing handling.
