Here’s what that means:
MCM PU kerb moulds produce a smooth cast finish on all visible sides.
MCM PU kerb moulds are filled from their bases; therefore, the cast side sits at the base of the installed kerb where it isn’t visible.
MCM PU kerb moulds have grips or handles for handling.
In smaller moulds, ribs along all four sides facilitate handling, stacking and demoulding. Larger moulds have swivel handles that make them easy to flip and demould without the operator having to adjust or shift their grip on the handle.

MCM PU kerb moulds can be stacked for curing.
Raised flanges at the base of gable ends and footings allow the moulds to be stacked, with airflow between them during curing. Filled moulds stacked on a pallet occupy less floor space and can be moved to a designated demoulding area in the factory.

MCM moulds demould predictably.
When tipped over for demoulding, the MCM PU kerb mould suspends at its gable ends, raising the mould 8 mm from the floor. Upon a slight lift and drop of the mould, the cast product drops out of the mould onto the floor.
